Dick Boren is the broker and co-owner of the Boren Group Real Estate Services. Dick has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Dick has been a top producing real estate agent since 2003, has managed a large Century 21 Real Estate office, and has served as a Vice President at the Select Group of Real Estate Companies (one of the largest regional real state companies in the Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, and Northern Nevada region). Dick grew up in a real estate family; both his mother and his aunt were associate brokers in the South Bay Area. Dick is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), is Accredited in Buyer Representation (ABR), and holds an EPro certificate. Dick is active in the Rotarty Club of Roseville, has been active the Boy Scouts of America as an Assistant Scout Master, and in the Heritage Oak PTA as the President. Dick is also a past coach in the Woodcreek Little League.
Melissa Boren is the co-owner of the Boren Group Real Estate Services. Melissa has over 20 years of customer service and account management services. Melissa has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2007. Since joing the industry she has developed a knack for design; acting as The Boren Group's resident expert in staging and presenting listings. She is also a fierce advocate for the clients she represents, always focused on making sure their needs are met. Melissa is active in the Heritage Oak PTA Board of Directors, as well as volunteering for several local rabbit rescue groups.
Dick and Melissa have 7 children and 5 grandchildren (as of this writing…) and when they are not helping clients with their Real Estate needs they enjoy boating, skiing, hiking and sometimes just some down time in their own back yard….
Andrew Boren may be young, but he’s not new to the business by any means. He is a third generation Real Estate Professional and has been helping ready listings and tour properties from a very young age. Andrew looks to carry on the family business by continuing to uphold high standards of service and professionalism. As an Eagle Scout, he is excited about the opportunities he will have to continue to serve the community—both through serving clients and participating in community service events. Most of all Andrew is excited to help the next generation of young home buyers, his peers, find their perfect first home!
When Andrew is not helping clients with their Real Estate needs he also enjoys boating, skiing, hiking, and traveling. Andrew is also active in the Rotary Club of Roseville.
